FUNCTION

Shutter, film transport and self-timer work properly. Meter appears to respond properly to light, shutter and lens settings, but accuracy was not verified with film. Shutter is squeak-free. Light seals and mirror guard have just been replaced. Original finger grip is included.

COSMETICS
Very good. No major blemishes or dents, just some brassing on the bottom and near strap lugs and a few shallow scratches on top - all consistent with age and moderate use. Bright and legible lettering on the dials. Focusing screen and viewfinder are bright, with just a couple of tiny specs of dust (will not affect performance in any way). Original leatherette is in very good condition. Battery door is intact.

• Canon FD 50mm f/1.8 prime lens. Chrome-nose breech-lock version in excellent functional condition, no scratches or fungus. Aperture is snappy and blades are oil-free. Focusing is smooth. The barrel of the lens shows minimal wear for the age, no dents. Comes with a 55mm Albinar Skylight filter, Soligor rubber collapsible hood and original Canon front and rear caps.
• Canon 199A power flash. Clean, functional condition, with moderate surface wear. Works properly with the camera, batteries not included.
• Canon camera strap, set of factory manuals for both camera and flash and a fresh battery for the camera.
