Vintage Canon A1 film SLR in excellent functional and cosmetic condition - perfect starter set for a photography student or a Canon collector. One of the most advanced and full-featured Canon film cameras of its day, with a digital LED display for shutter speed and aperture and a full set of features. FUNCTION
Shutter, film transport and self-timer work properly. Meter appears to respond properly to light, shutter and lens settings (accuracy was not verified with film). Shutter is squeak-free. Mirror guard is new. Light seals are in very good shape, but can be replaced at buyer's request.
 

COSMETICS
Excellent, with no dents, cracks or other major blemishes. Minor scuffs and brassing throughout, consistent with average use and age. Sharp, legible lettering on the dials. Viewfinder and focusing screen are bright and clear, with just a few of tiny specs of dust in the field of view (will not affect photo quality). Original leatherette is in excellent condition. Battery door is intact.

• Canon FD 50mm f/1.8 prime lens in EXC+ condition. Scratch-free glass, no fungus. Minor internl dust (normal and will not affect performance). Aperture is oil-free and snappy. Focus is smooth. Barrel shows minimal wear, no dents. Original front and rear caps are included.
