A rare find - popular Canon AE-1 Program SLR in close to mint condition, with original box! Shutter fires accurately at all speeds, film advance, rewind and meter work properly. Mirror release mechanism was lubricated and shutter is squeak-free. Viewfinder and focusing screen are clean and clear, no dust. Light seals were just replaced. Very well preserved camera, no scratches or scuffs worth mentioning. Canon FD 50mm f/1.8 prime lens that comes with this body is equipped with Hoya UV filter and a genuine Canon front cap. Lens glass is clean and clear, scratch- and fungus-free. Aperture blades are oil-free, and function perfectly. There is a minor internal haze, which is typical of this particular lens and should have no effect on the quality of the images. Barrel shows minimal signs of use, no brassing or dents. 

This particular camera comes with Canon Databack, with its own original box as well as Canon Speedlite 188A flash unit (also with its original leather case and box). Functionality was not verified, but both appear practically unused. Original Canon camera strap, body cap, manuals for the camera and databack and a fresh battery for the camera are included.
