Top of the line Minolta SLR from late 70's, XD11 shares a lot of design elements with Leica R4. This unit is in excellent condition. Shutter is very smooth and quiet, fires accurately at all speeds by ear, film advance, rewind, and meter work properly (meter accuracy was not verified with film). Viewfinder and focusing screen are bright and clear from dust. Original leatherette on this camera was replaced with new Brown genuine leather for a refined and sophisticated look. No dents or major scratches on the body, just a small amount of cleaned-off corrosion inside battery cap. Micro-scratches throughout the body were polished and don't detract from overall appearance. Light seals and mirror bumper were replaced for trouble-free operation.
This camera comes with a Minolta MC Rokkor-X 50mm f/1.7 standard prime in excellent condition. Lens glass is crystal clear and free of scratches and fungus. All rings rotate smoothly, aperture blades are oil-free and function perfectly. Small amount of internal dust, which which normal and will not affect your photos. The lens comes with original Minolta front cap and a Skylight filter. Colorful vintage camera strap and a set of fresh batteries are included. Nice and clean classic.
