Top of the line Minolta SLR from late 70's, XD11 shares a lot of design elements with Leica R4. This unit is in EXC++ condition, no scuffs or dents, just a small amount of paint loss on the film door frame. Shutter is very smooth and quiet, fires accurately at all speeds, film advance, rewind, and meter work properly (meter accuracy was not verified with film). Viewfinder is bright and clear from dust. Light seals and mirror bumper were replaced. Original leatherette on this camera was professionally replaced with Black Alligator pattern genuine leather.
This camera comes with a fast Minolta MC Rokkor-PF 58mm f/1.4 normal prime in VG condition. There are no scratches on the glass, but there is minor internal dust in the lens, and a tiny patch of fungus on one of internal elements, which should have no effect on optical performance. Focusing is a bit tight throughout the range, aperture blades are oil-free and function perfectly. There are few very shallow dents on the front rim of the lens, but it is still possible to mount filters. Small amount of brassing is visible on the barrel, consistent with normal use. The lens comes with a new generic front cap and a nice Hoya HMC Skylight filter. In addition, this set also includes a Minolta Auto 280px flash (works great !), authentic Minolta camera strap and a set of fresh batteries (for the camera only).
