Excellent condition, restored Minolta XD11. Top of the line Minolta film SLR from late 1970's. Co-developed with Leica, XD11 was revolutionary at the time and is still widely considered to be one of the best film cameras Minolta ever produced.
Shutter, film transport and timer all work properly. Brand new light seals and mirror guard installed. Meter is somewhat erratic in low light, LED's in the viewfinder flicker for a few seconds before settling down on correct value.
Near mint. No blemishes on the camera, no dents or paint loss, apart from a couple of scratches on the bottom, next to the battery cap. Bright and clean lettering on the dials. Focusing screen and viewfinder are clear of dust. Original leatherette professionally replaced with genuine brown pigskin leather - very tasteful and refined combination with a chrome body.
- Minolta MD Rokkor-X 50mm f/1.7 prime lens. Exceptional normal prime lens, made in Japan, in mint condition. Crystal-clear glass, with no visible scratches or fungus. Aperture is snappy and blades are free from oil. Focusing is smooth. The barrel of the lens is practically brand new, no dents. The lens comes with a genuine Minolta rear cap, new generic front cap and a UV filter.
- Minolta auto film Winder D, finished in a matching brown pigskin leather. The winder is very clean and works great with the camera (AA batteries not included). Vintage camera strap, Minolta body cap, quality Tamrac camera bag (practically unused) and a set of fresh batteries for the camera.
