Minolta XD11 Chrome / Red Alligator
Restored Minolta XD11 finished in genuine red leather, with a 50mm f1/4 lens in great condition. Co-developed with Leica, XD series cameras were revolutionary at the time and is still widely considered to among the best film cameras Minolta ever produced. They were the first Minolta SLRs to feature automated shutter-priority mode. Excellent choice for a student or collector.
Shutter, meter, self-timer and film transport work properly (meter accuracy has not been verified with film). Brand new light seals and mirror guard installed.
EXC+. No dents or major cosmetic blemishes, just a few small scratches (mostly on the bottom) from normal use. Bright and sharp lettering on the dials. Focusing screen and viewfinder are dust-free. Original leatherette was professionally replaced with genuine pigskin leather embossed with Red Alligator pattern. THERE IS NO PINK IN THE COLOR AS THE PHOTOS MAY SUGGEST, IT IS A TRUE RED!
- Minolta MD Rokkor 50mm f/1.4 prime lens in MINT- condition. Pristine glass, no fungus. Aperture is snappy, blades are oil-free. Focusing is smooth. The barrel shows minimal signs of use, no dents. Comes with original front cap and Hoya skylight filter.
- Toshiba power flash. Works well, near-mint cosmetically (batteries not included). Camera strap and a set of fresh batteries.
