Minolta XD11 Chrome / Brown Alligator
Beautiful Minolta XD11 finished in genuine brown leather, with two prime lenses. Co-developed with Leica, XD series cameras were revolutionary at the time and is still widely considered to among the best film cameras Minolta ever produced. They were the first Minolta SLRs to feature automated shutter-priority mode. Excellent choice for a student or collector.
Shutter, meter, self-timer and film transport work properly (meter accuracy has not been verified with film). Brand new light seals and mirror guard installed ($29 value).
EXC+. No dents or major cosmetic blemishes, just a few small scratches (mostly on the bottom) from normal use. Bright and sharp lettering on the dials. Focusing screen and viewfinder are dust-free. Original leatherette was professionally replaced with genuine pigskin leather embossed with Brown Alligator pattern.
- Minolta MD Rokkor-X 50mm f/1.7 prime lens in EXC++ condition. Pristine glass, no fungus. Aperture is snappy, blades are oil-free. Focusing is smooth. The barrel shows minimal signs of use, no dents. Comes with new generic front cap and 55mm Quantaray UV filter.
- Vivitar 28mm f/2.8 wide angle prime lens in EXC condition. Scratch-free glass, no fungus. Aperture is snappy, blades are oil-free. Focusing is smooth. The barrel shows minor wear, with one small dent ont he focusing ring (deosnt seem to affect operation). Comes with generic front and rear caps.
- Genuine Minolta camera strap and body cap, factory manual (fair shape, some pages loose), roll of film (expired, use at your own risk) and a set of fresh batteries.
