XG-SE is a rare representative of the Minolta Xg series. The camera was made only in 1978, features some improvements over much more common XG-1 and XG-7 models, which make it much more collectable. Most notably, a brighter "Acute-matte" focusing screen was used. This particular black body XG-SE is in mint condition, with practically no scratches or brassing and original leatherette in excellent shape. Shutter fires accurately at all speeds, film advance, timer, rewind and meter all work properly. Viewfinder is bright and clear. Brand new light seals and mirror bumper were installed (last photo shows camera before the service was performed). The body comes equipped with mint copy of Minolta MD Rokkor-X 45mm f/2 prime lens. Glass is clear and free of scratches. All rings rotate smoothly, aperture blades are oil-free. Minolta camera strap, haze filter and genuine Minolta front cap for the lens are included. Very clean.
