Highly desirable, scarce Pentax K1000 SE in original black leatherette, in excellent condition. This camera is superior to a regular edition K1000, with a better quality focusing screen. This particular camera was just CLA'd and works great. Minimal signs of use on this one - please see photos. Small amount of brassing close to the strap lugs and some paint loss on the viewfinder frame - no dents or other blemishes. Shutter fires true at all speeds, film advance, rewind and meter all work properly (meter accuracy was not verified with film). Viewfinder and focusing screen are bright and clear, no dust. Light seals and mirror bumper were replaced for years of flawless service. Genuine Pentax camera strap, manual and a fresh battery for the meter are included.

The camera is equipped with a Pentax-M 50mm f/2.0 standard prime lens in very good condition. No visible scratches or fungus on glass, aperture blades are free from oil. Focusing is smooth, aperture action is snappy. Barrel is clean and scratch free, with minor age-appropriate brassing. The lens comes with a brand new UV filter, Vivitar collapsible hood and genuine Pentax rubber front cap.
