FUNCTION

Shutter and film transport work properly. Meter responds to light, lens aperture and shutter speed settings, but accuracy was not verified with film. Brand new light seals and mirror bumper installed for years of trouble-free operation ($25 value). Please note, this camera is a regular (NOT an "SE") version.
 

COSMETICS

Very good. No major scratches anywhere. One small dent on the top of the prism cover, minor brassing on the film door and around strap lugs. Clean and sharp lettering on the shutter speed dial. Focusing screen is clear of dust. Original leatherette was professionally replaced with a new brown pigskin leather cover.
 

COMES WITH

 

• Two lenses: SMC Pentax-M 50mm f/2.0 prime and Takumar Bayonet-A 28-80mm f/3.5-4.5 macro zoom. There are minor cleaning marks (shallow thin scratches) and a few small coating blemishes on the front element of the prime lens - will not have any effect on the lens performance. No obvious fungus or oil on the diaphragm. Aperture is snappy. Focusing is smooth. The barrel of the lens shows average wear (mostly on the front rim), no dents. The lens comes a genuine Pentax front cap. Takumar lens appears in good condition and fully functional, but was not tested. Comes with a rear cap and neoprene front sleeve.
