Classic Pentax K1000 film SLR, just serviced and fully functional perfect for a student or collector. This particular camera is a desirable Special Edition version with brown original leatherette and comes with a less common Pentax 55mm f/2.0 prime lens.

 

FUNCTION
Shutter and film transport work properly. Meter responds to light, lens aperture and shutter speed settings, but accuracy was not verified with film. Brand new seals and mirror guard installed for years of trouble-free operation.
 

COSMETICS

Very good. No dents or major scratches anywhere, just minor paint loss on the sides and viewfinder frame. Bright and clean lettering on the shutter speed dial. Focusing screen and viewfinder are dust-free.
 

COMES WITH

 

• SMC Pentax 55mm f/2.0 normal prime lens (made in Japan). A few tiny spots on the front element (will have no effect on the optical performance) but no scratches or fungus. Aperture is snappy and blades are free from oil. The barrel of the lens shows minimal wear, a few minor scuffs on the front rim. New UV filter and generic front cap are included.
• FREE BONUS: J.C. Penney 35-105mm f/3.5 zoom lens (very clean, untested). Pentax camera strap, Honeywell camera case (fair shape) and a fresh battery.
