Unique and unusual RICOH model. Was designed to utilize unique batteries rechargeable by built-in solar panels! Those batteries are no longer available, but the camera will work perfectly fine using regular LR44's. Shutter fires accurately at all speeds, film advance, rewind, seft-timer and meter work properly. Viewfinder is bright, with just a few small specs of dust. There is some kind of discoloration in the small area around the bottom half of the LCD shutter scale in the viewfinder (right side), but the scale itself is clear. Body of the camera is in excellent condtion, with no brassing or dents, just a few small scratches throughout consistend with light use. All lettering is intact. Original leatherette was stripped and will be replaced with new cover of your choice. Light seals and mirror bumper were replaced. Equipped with a nice and clean Rikenon 50mm f/2.0 lens, but will accept any PK-mount lens. Lens glass is clear and free of scratches. All rings rotate smoothly. Aperture blades are oil-free and work properly. Original Ricoh front cap for the lens and a strap included.
