Yashica FX-103 is a successor to a very popular FX-D model and is a very similar camera. Just like FX-D it is a compact and light film SLR, with two program shooting modes, aperture priority, full range of manual shutter speeds and self-timer. This camera features a robust metal-leaf quartz-controlled Copal shutter and C/Y lens mount, which allows it to be used with used with a wide range of high quality Carl Zeiss, Yashica and third party lenses. Excellent beginner's film camera, made in Japan.
Shutter, meter, film transport, timer all work properly. Brand new seals and mirror guard installed for years of trouble-free operation.
Excellent. A couple of small scuffs on the top corners, next to strap lugs, do dents or major scratches. Bright and clean lettering on the dials. Focusing screen and viewfinder are bright, with one or two very faint cleaning marks (no effect on function). Original leatherette was replaced with brand new genuine leather cover in Brown Python pattern.
- Yashica ML 50mm f/2.0 prime lens. MINT- condition, clear glass, no scratches or fungus. Aperture is snappy and blades are oil-free. Focusing is smooth. The barrel of the lens shows practically no signs of use. Many Yashica ML series prime lenses are of very high quality, sometimes compared to Carl Zeiss equivalents in optical performance. Generic front cap and a quality Hoya UV filter are included.
- Focal M-200 power flash in excellent condition (works great, batteries not included). Generic camera strap, body cap and a set of fresh batteries for the meter.
