One of the most basic film cameras, FX-3 will shoot without batteries! Equipped with a robust metal-leaf mechanical shutter and C/Y lens mount, compatible with a wide range of high quality Carl Zeiss, Yashica and third party lenses - this is a great camera for a beginner photographer, learning to shoot film properly - very simple and easy to operate. This particular unit is an evolution of the original FX-3, with a finger grip and meter activation switch built into the shutter release button. Made in Japan quality, restored for your enjoyment.

FUNCTION
Shutter, meter, film transport, timer all work properly. Brand new mirror guard and light seals installed.
 

COSMETICS
Excellent. No dents or major scratches, just minor brassing on the bottom and a few tiny dings on top consistent with normal use. Markings on the shutter speed dial are bright and sharp. Focusing screen and viewfinder are dust-free. Original leatherette professionally replaced with genuine black pigskin leather.
 

COMES WITH
Yashica DSB 35-105mm f/3.8-4.8 Macro zoom lens in EXC+ condition. Pristine glass, no scratches or fungus. Aperture is snappy and blades are oil-free. Focusing is smooth. The barrel of the lens shows minimal signs of use - just some discoloration on the rubber coating - please see photos. New generic front cap and a UV filter included.

Yashica CS-14 compact flash unit - excellent cosmetic and working condition, batteries not provided.
