Scarce Yashica TL Electro X ITS in black finish. Arguably one of the best film SLRs to use with your Takumars and other M42 screwmount lenses. Pleasure to use, exceptionally well built camera (made in Japan), with electronic "arrow type" exposure indicator and a robust Copal metal shutter. Black-finish copies of this camera in fully functional condition are rarely available.

FUNCTION
Shutter, film transport, timer all work properly. Meter responds to light and camera settings, but accuracy was not verified with film. Brand new seals and mirror guard installed for years of trouble-free operation.
 

COSMETICS
EXC. Some brassing (mostly near strap lugs and on the bottom) and small scratches throughout, consistent with normal use and age (see photos). There is a faint name engraving on the bottom of the mount. Bright and clean lettering on the dials. Focusing screen and viewfinder are bright, with just a couple of tiny specs of dust (no effect on function). Original leatherette is in very good condition.

• Auto Yashinon 50mm f/1.7 manual focus M42 screw-mount prime lens. EXC condition, clear glass, no scratches or fungus. Aperture is snappy and blades are oil-free. Focusing is smooth. The barrel of the lens shows minor signs of use, no dents. Original Yashica front cap included.
