Classic Minolta XD11, just serviced and finished in "Red Alligator" patterned genuine leather. Co-developed with Leica, XD series cameras were revolutionary at the time and is still widely considered to among the best film cameras Minolta ever produced. They were the first Minolta SLRs to feature automated shutter-priority mode. Excellent choice for a student or collector.

FUNCTION
Shutter, self-timer and film transport work properly. Meter is functional and appears accurate, but was not verified with film. Brand new light seals and mirror guard installed.
 

COSMETICS
EXC. No dents or major cosmetic blemishes. Minor scratches on the bottom, consistent with moderate use and age. Sharp legible lettering on the dials. Focusing screen and viewfinder are bright and clear, with just a few small clean marks and specs of dust in the field of view (will not affect camera performance in any way). Original leatherette was professionally replaced with genuine pigskin leather embossed in Red Alligator pattern.

• Minolta MD Rokkor-X 50mm f/1.7 prime lens. EXC+ condition, with clear, scratch-free glass, no fungus. Aperture is snappy, blades are oil-free. Focusing is smooth. The barrel shows minimal signs of use, no dents. Comes with brand new aftermarket front cap and Tiffen UV filter.
