Classic Minolta XE-5 film SLR, just restored and fully functional. Sharing many features with the flagship XE-7, one of the most robust SLRs from 1970's. If you are looking for a film camera that is built like a tank - this is it!

 

FUNCTION
Shutter, self-timer and film transport work properly. Meter reacts to light and camera settings, but accuracy was not verified with film. Brand new light seals and mirror guard installed ($29 value).
 

COSMETICS
EXC. No major cosmetic blemishes. Minor scuffs throughout, consistent with age. There is one small shallow dent on the top right corner. Lettering on the dials is vivid and legible. Focusing screen and viewfinder are bright and dust-free. Original leatherette is in very good shape, with a couple of areas of discoloration on the back.

• Minolta MC Rokkor-PF 135mm f/2.8 prime telephoto lens. Clear glass, with some cleaning marks the front element (will not affect performance). No fungus noticeable. Aperture is snappy, blades are oil-free. Focusing is smooth. The barrel shows normal wear, no dents. Comes with original metal Minolta front cap, rear cap and hood. Dedicated Minolta lens case is included.
