True collector's item - ultra-rare Pentax K1000 Special Edition in factory original "Black Diamond" leatherette. This particular unit is one of the very few K1000 SE's produced in Japan (with 1977 serial number on top), before assembly moved to Hong Kong - highly collectable. The camera is in excellent functional and cosmetic condition and comes with a fast Pentax 50mm f/1.7 prime. Don't miss out - you will not see a cleaner one for years!

FUNCTION
Shutter and film transport work properly. Meter responds properly to light, lens aperture and shutter speed settings, but accuracy was not verified with film. Light seals and mirror guard have just been replaced.
 

COSMETICS
EXC++. No major scratches or dents, just very minor brassing on the film door frame corners. Clean and sharp lettering on the shutter speed dial. Focusing screen and viewfinder are bright and dust-free. Original "Black Diamond" leatherette is in excellent condition. Paper "SE" sticker on front is missing.

• SMC Pentax-M 50mm f/1.7 normal prime lens, made in Japan. EXC++ condition to match the camera - scratch-free glass, no fungus. Aperture is snappy and blades are free from oil. Focusing is smooth. The barrel of the lens looks new, no dents. The lens comes with original Asahi Pentax front cap and a rare Asahi Pentax UV filter.
• Pentax camera strap, body cap, factory manual (clean!) and a fresh battery for the camera meter.
