Top of the line manual focus Ricoh SLR's from the early 1980's, XR-P Multi-Program is a full-featured enthusiast film camera, with multiple Program modes, full manual shutter control, AE lock, exposure compensation, multiple exposure shooting and even capability to shoot using interval timer! The camera comes with K-mount (just like ubiquitous Pentax K1000) and can be used with a huge variety of Pentax, Ricoh and other high quality lenses. Very under-rated camera, made in Japan. FUNCTION
Shutter, film transport, intervalometer and self-timer work properly. Meter appears to respond properly to light, shutter and lens settings, but accuracy was not verified with film. Brand new seals installed for years of trouble-free operation. NOTE: the camera will need (4) LR44 button cell batteries to operate, readily available on eBay or at your local hardware store.
 

COSMETICS
EXC, no dents or major blemishes, just some small scratches on the bottom, and one on the prism cover - nothing that will detract from overall well-preserved appearance. Bright and clean lettering on the dials. Focusing screen and viewfinder are clear of dust. Original leatherette has been professionally replaced with genuine caramel-colored smooth and plush cowhide leather.
 

COMES WITH

• Rikenon 50 f/2 prime lens. EXC++ condition, scratch-free optics, no fungus. Aperture is snappy and oil-free. Focusing is smooth. The barrel show minimal wear, no dents, but some of the markers on the focusing ring rubbed off. New gereric front cap on a leash is included.
